Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy

We offer local delivery and in-store pickup only. We do not ship by mail or freight carrier.

Local delivery

  • We deliver within 50 miles of our store in Indianapolis, IN.
  • Items typically arrive in 1–2 weeks, depending on manufacturer availability.
  • After you order, we'll call or text to confirm your details and schedule a delivery time.
  • Delivery includes bringing your items inside your home. Setup is optional and available for an added fee.
  • Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout or confirmed with you before delivery.

Store pickup

  • Pickup is free during business hours at 5227 E Thompson Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46237.
  • We'll call or text you when your order is ready. Please bring your ID and order number.

Delays

If an item is delayed or backordered, we'll contact you right away with an updated date.
